Vendors & Local Partners
The right people make the difference between a wedding that is executed and a wedding that is inhabited.
We do not take referral fees. We are independently owned and operated, and our vendor recommendations are based solely on one criterion: we have seen their work, and we trust it enough to refer them to people we care about.
Photography
Photography is the most critical vendor relationship in a North Cascades wedding. This landscape rewards photographers who know it and is unforgiving to those encountering it for the first time on your wedding day.
The light at Artist Point, the fall color along the lower highway, the specific way that afternoon sun filters through old-growth conifers: these are things a photographer learns over time and uses to your benefit. We maintain a list of photographers we trust and share it through our inquiry process as genuine referrals.

Catering
Full-service event catering in a mountain setting requires specific experience. Not every caterer can execute at elevation, on mountain roads, without commercial kitchen infrastructure. The caterers we recommend know the terrain, physically and logistically.
Farm-to-Table Dining
Menus inspired by the Pacific Northwest, featuring seasonal ingredients from local Baker Valley farms and regional producers.
Craft Beverage Service
Custom cocktails infused with mountain botanicals and a curated selection of regional microbrews and wines from the Pacific Northwest.
Custom Confections
Tiered mountain-inspired wedding cakes, rustic dessert tables, wild berry tarts, and artisanal chocolates made locally.
Florals
The most honest floral work we see here tends toward restraint: arrangements that acknowledge the landscape they sit within rather than compete with it. Native plant material alongside locally sourced seasonal blooms. The florists we recommend understand this instinctively.
Sustainable Sourcing
Native plant material and locally sourced seasonal blooms. Low-waste practice and support for local growers.
Landscape Awareness
Arrangements designed to complement the North Cascades, not compete with them. Restraint as a design philosophy.
Custom Installations
Ceremony arbors, hanging installations, and tablescapes tailored to your venue and vision.
